• Peter Shapeero

    Managing Director, Investment

    Peter Shapeero is Managing Director of the firm’s Investment team.

    Peter qualified as a Chartered Surveyor on leaving school and obtained a BSc degree in Estate Management from the University of London.  He spent the early part of his career in the property industry working in London and Milan.

    He joined Müller International in 1989 working with German clients in the United Kingdom and Germany, becoming Managing Director and a shareholder in the early 1990’s.  Following a change of ownership of the German parent company Peter bought-out the London operation to establish the current business in 2003.
    Since then Peter has continued to develop Müller International as a leading independent firm advising on investment in, and the management of, prime commercial property for international investors.

  • Geoffrey Marriott

    Managing Director, Asset Management

    Geoffrey Marriott joined Müller International in 2004, and he leads the firm’s Management team.

    Geoffrey has extensive experience and knowledge of the UK property industry.

    In previous roles he was a Director of Prudential Portfolio Managers, where he was responsible for the shopping centre investments owned by the Prudential, and is a former Associate Partner at Jones Lang Wootton (now Jones Lang LaSalle), where he was responsible for managing London West End offices on behalf of major UK pension fund clients.

    He has also acted as a consultant to Lendlease advising on the development and future management of the Bluewater shopping centre, and as a consultant to the Royal Mail advising on extracting value from their London property portfolio.

    Geoffrey is a Fellow of the RICS.

  • Lisa Bovis

    Director of Operations

    Lisa joined Müller International in 2005 handling corporate accounts and presently occupies the position Director of Operations ensuring the smooth functioning of everyday activities, the support of all company facilities and personnel requirements. Lisa is therefore in charge of budgets, HR matters and contracts with outside suppliers.

    Lisa is responsible for the Group’s Corporate Accounts, Payroll, managing all aspects of the Company’s HR function, helping and creating the Group’s financial targets in collaboration with the Managing Director, as well as the many other operational duties.

    Working with the senior management team Lisa also contributes to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies and working practices. Lisa is in addition responsible for the management of the support staff and has successfully increased their effectiveness and efficiency in co-ordination and communication with senior management.

  • Theo Utton-Gaunt

    Director, Investment

    Theo Utton-Gaunt is a Director in the Investment team, joining Muller International in 2014.

    Theo is responsible for undertaking transactions on behalf of clients, specialising in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property within Central London and throughout the United Kingdom.

    He has over 10 years’ experience in the property industry, specialising in the City of London marketplace with Colliers International for the majority of that time. Having undertaken a number of property transactions on behalf of a diverse client base of UK and international institutional investors, property developers and private groups, Theo operates a rounded approach to investment and development, focussing on the details and scenario planning as well as the bigger picture.  He has a proven track record of adding value and delivering performance for clients.

    Theo is a graduate of Newcastle University, with a BA Hons. in Economics, holds a masters degree MSc Hons. in Real Estate from University of Reading, and is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

  • Ashley Bunkall

    Director, Asset Management

    Ashley Bunkall is a Director in the Asset Management team.  He joined Müller International in 2003.

    Ashley is responsible for a wide range of asset management and project management assignments to manage risk, increase rental income and uplift clients’ investment value.

    He has over 30 years experience in the property industry, having undertaken property management and asset management roles at Royal & Sun Alliance Property Investments, as a development surveyor with MEPC plc, and dealing with agency and professional work at both Weatherall Green & Smith (now BNP Paribas) and Healey & Baker (now Cushman & Wakefield).

    Ashley has a Diploma in Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the RICS.

  • Andrew Sinclair

    Director, Asset Management

    Andrew Sinclair is a Director in the Asset Management team. He joined Müller International in 2011.

    Andrew enjoys working closely with clients, minimising their risk, increasing income and value, developing opportunities and building strong relationships.

    Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in the property industry working for both landlords and occupiers on asset and property management, agency, landlord and tenant matters and the provision of professional services. Andrew was outsourced Head of Estates for Aviva (formerly Norwich Union) whilst working for DTZ on their largest management contract. He has also been a Director and Joint Managing Partner of a number of chartered surveying private practices.

    Andrew holds a BSc in Estate Management, is a member of the RICS and has completed the RICS consultancy skills programme.

  • Paul Farrell

    Director, Client Accounts

    Paul Farrell is Director – Head of Client Accounts heading the firm’s client accounting team.  He joined Müller International in 2008.

    He has 20 years accounting experience in the property management sector, including roles in the client accounting teams at BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management (2007 – 2008) and DTZ London (1999 – 2007).

    In his current role Paul has developed strong working relationships with international clients, based upon maintaining control and development of accounting systems, understanding clients’ needs to ensure accurate and timely financial and statutory reporting.  Paul prides himself, and his team, in their ability to focus their attention to detail by working in a controlled, well-resourced environment to deliver exceptional client service and reduce financial risk.

    Paul is a Full Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.

  • David Carlsson-Evans

    Senior Asset Manager, Asset Management

    David joined Müller recently as part of the ongoing expansion of the management team.

    He is a chartered surveyor with 20 years of experience dealing with all aspects of commercial property throughout the UK.

    David has a proven track record in property management and professional work to enhance client value whilst satisfying tenant/occupier expectations.
    He has worked previously with SJ Higgins, handling a portfolio of circa 650,000 square feet mixed use space across the UK and, most recently, for Transport for London dealing with a wide range of rail property issues including Crossrail and its associated developments sites across London.

  • Rebecca Bridgland

    Office Manager

    Rebecca joined Müller International in 2010 initially as a Personal Assistant in the Asset and Property Management Department she then went on to fulfill the role of Facilities Administrator. More recently Rebecca has been appointed as Office Manager with responsibility for organising all of the administrative activities that ensure the smooth running of the company.

    Rebecca ensures the maintenance of company records enabling the smooth and effective functioning of all administrative processes. She is also responsible for general “house-keeping” in the company, health & safety matters as well as annual testing of electrical equipment and devices and their compliance with current legislation.

  • John McLeod

    Regional Facilities Manager, Asset Management

    John McLeod is Regional Facilities Manager, with responsibility for overseeing the facilities management of properties managed by Müller International in Scotland and Northern England (in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester and Leeds).

    He has been with the firm since 2006, initially as a building manager of several large office properties in Glasgow and Edinburgh, before taking on the wider remit of his current role.

    John’s responsibilities include Legislative Compliance, Health & Safety, Auditing, Hard and Soft Services Contract tendering, and continual contractor performance monitoring and reviews, working closely with the Asset Management team, Client Accounting function and the on-site building managers in his region.

    John is a retired police officer in the Lothian Borders Police, having graduated in December 1996  from the Scottish Police College, and served until 2003 when he retired due to a duty related injury. He has extensive knowledge of the building industry having project managed contracts up to the value of 3 million pounds.

  • Amy Boughen

    Senior Facilities Co-Ordinator, Asset Management

    Amy leads the co-ordination of delivery of Facilities Management services at Müller.

    Having previously worked as Operations Manager at Sketch where she designed and implemented the company’s corporate Health & safety policy and procedures and led the refurbishment of their London headquarters, she is used to managing the varied requirements of demanding occupiers.

    Her role at Müller extends to procurement policy, contractor monitoring, energy, environmental control and statutory compliance.

    Amy is the lead contact for site staff and front of house teams forming a critical link with site and is an integral part of both the operation of the FM team and joins project teams on site as required
